ABOUT

I’m a video journalist and a documentary filmmaker. I’m passionate about telling human-first stories through diverse visual mediums.

I’m currently a multimedia producer at The Boston Globe, where I primarily produce long- and short-form documentary video, animated explainers, and breaking news coverage. My work at the Globe has been recognized with New England Emmys, Edward R. Murrow Awards, Online Journalism Awards, Society for News Design Awards, and the Society for Advancing Business Editing and Writing Best in Business Awards.

I was previously an associate producer at FRONTLINE PBS and a multimedia fellow at the Texas Tribune, where my short documentary, “Feeling of Betrayal,” about a family fleeing Texas to protect their transgender child amid the threat of child abuse investigations won the 2022 Society of Professional Journalists National Mark of Excellence Award for feature videography.

My freelance documentary short, “La Casa del Migrante,” which chronicled the story of an immigrant collective facing illegal eviction in the Southwest Side of Chicago, was nominated for a 2022 International Documentary Association Award and an official selection at the Academy Award-Qualifying American Documentary Film Festival.

I also interned at CNN, GBH, and 60 Second Docs. I graduated as valedictorian of Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism in 2023.
